Our services are provided by the hour only, as we believe you cannot receive a quality of support through “pop-ins” and half hour visits.
The minimum level of support we provide is 2 hours a day; excluding one off hospital/GP/dental appointments. You may have as many hours as you wish to support you to remain living in your own home. We always have staff available for immediate support. For example, if a carer is taken ill, or admitted to hospital.
We also have many years of working with adults with learning and physical disabilities on a personal basis, often having to advocate to get provision of service to meet needs of people within their own social networks and wider community. Through our working roles we have developed knowledge with regards to finances, benefits, debt management and legislative frameworks which underpin the social care service provision.
